At The Compleat Sculptor, Inc., we strive to provide the highest quality materials for your creative projects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package to our New York warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
