The Story
The 179 double-ended, two-sided high carbon steel modeling tool was designed for heavy-duty cutting and texturing in Plastilina and wax as well as plaster.
Each end of this sculpting tool is uniquely shaped for precision modeling. Both ends have squared-off serrations on both sides. One end comes to a more pronounced point with a deeper angled curve in its blade, the other end being more straight-edged. The serrations allow the artist to create distinctive surfaces using light or heavy pressure.
