The Story
Ledan TB 1 is an injection mortar for the consolidation of surfaces with fresco painting and the reattachment of painting layers on plaster in case of voids and cracks of max. 5 mm. The mortar has low mechanical strength but excellent flow properties, the substrate does not need to be pre-wetted. Compatibility with lime and hydraulic lime plasters and lime-gypsum plasters is good. Mix thoroughly with water for approx. 3 minutes. Filter the mortar slurry to remove lumps. Pre-wetting of the working area is not necessary.
Handling and Warnings
Do not process above 35°C and below 5°C.
- Chemical description: Special chemically stable hydraulic binding agent components with minor amount of salts, silica powder, very fine Terra Pozzuoli and a special additive mixture
- Colors: Gray, White
- Forms: powder
- Solubility in water: not readily soluble
