GI-2020 Activator General Information This activator can be used in place of standard GI-Series activator to give improved library life to GI-Series bases. While standard tin catalyzed RTV-2 silicone rubbers slowly deteriorate as they age, GI-2020A can be used to markedly increase the library life of the silicone molds. Typical Properties Color Red Working Time (700 F/50% R.H.) 1 Hour Cure Time (700 F/50% R.H.) 16 to 18 Hours Shore A Hardness 24 Hours 20 + 2 48 Hours 24 + 2 7 Days 28 + 2 Cure Against Clay Excellent Library Life Excellent (see Library Life Information) Shelf Life 6 months
