Carbide Sanding Blocks

Very popular general purpose blocks that have 101 uses. Comfortable in the hand.  Perma-Grit® Tools will cut:-  All Woods, Glass Fibre, Carbon Fibre, Kevlar, Plexiglas, Lexan, Perspex, Acrylics, Plastics, Polystyrene, Brass, Copper, Aluminium, Ceramics etc. The steel gritted sheets are bonded with industrial double sided tape, to the custom made anodised aluminium extrusion, which is light, clean and easy to use and will never warp.

SANDING BLOCKS

Flat sanding surface. Dims approx 140 x 52 x 51mm  When placed on their edge, you are able to sand a perfect right angle.  Use to profile edges, feather edges, block sanding, square off materials or sand a perfect dihedral.  The steel gritted sheets are bonded with industrial double sided tape, to the custom made anodised aluminium extrusion, which is light, clean and easy to use and will never warp.

CONTOUR BLOCKS

Contouring Block, external face 30mm radius & internal face 28mm radius.  Dims:- 140 x 47 x 52 mm approx. Tungsten carbide grit abrasive, tough and long lasting.  Popular with Stonemasons and for brick/block work, rubbing block, roughing out block. 

Ideal for under cambers, grooves and fillets, rounding edges, corners.
